SWorkz have released a set of images showing their forthcoming new S12-2 1/10th scale 2WD buggy kit. The latest addition to the S12 line will feature a lot of improvements and updates compared to the previous S12-1, such as a redesigned front bulkhead that places the front shock tower behind the dampers, a new chassis, new battery mount, a new transmission – possibly including a diff height adjustment feature, a new carbon fibre rear shock tower and many more. Full details on features and specifications will become available in time of the release that is set for end of March.

Coming soon from Xpress is their new XQ10 mid-motor 4WD touring car. In development for some time now, the vehicle builds on the proven XQ1, however split bulkheads and minor changes to the suspension geometry in combination with a pure mid-motor design make for a more neutral handling car that is suitable for a wider range of track conditions thanks to increased overall traction. Redcat have introduced their new Kaiju 1/8th scale electric ready-to-run monster truck. It builds on a moulded tub chassis with a 3-differential drivetrain that improves power control without sacrificing the truck’s stunt and bashing abilities. Steel CVA drive shafts with captured joints, steel internal differential gears, 17mm aluminium hex hubs, rubber-sealed ball bearings, sealed drivetrain and extra durable plastics are some of the performance and durability components standard on the Kaiju. Issued to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Hong Nor, the competition on-road car features newly designed front and rear aluminium gearbox bulkheads for easier access to to the front and rear differentials while included optionals such as the #X3S-36 aluminium centre diff brace, the #X3GT-16 3.5mm C/F diff set, the #X3GT-27 handle set as well as the #436 flywheel and clutch shoe set improve easy of maintenance, looks and performance. JConcepts have introduced their new BAJR V2 sand rail body shell for Slash 2WD and 4×4 trucks. Pronounced badger, the round Baja-esque profile of the cab area gives that familiar desert appearance.
