Referring to the announcement made by Tamiya, Inc. in their website : https://www.tamiya.com/english/newstopics/2025/singapore_malaysia_tmac.html regarding the qualification race of Tamiya Mini 4WD Asia Challenge 2025 (TMAC 2025) for Singapore and Malaysia racers, PT Tamindo Plastic Model / TQ R/C and Hobbies, is planning to conduct the qualification race for the racers from Singapore and Malaysia, with the following venue:

Please kindly note that the organizer reserve full rights to cancel the event should the organizer deem the race participants to be too small and inefficient to conduct the race. We require minimum attendance of 10 racers from each country. For example, if there is only 10 racers from country X and 2 racers from country Y, then we will only conduct the qualifications from country X only.
Regulation:
1. Race system is bracket system 4-2-1
Each Racer will buy 1 card for 20 run for Stage 1
Stage 2, each Racer can only have 4 runs
Stage 3, each Racer can only have 2 runs
Stage 4, each Racer can only have 1 run and after this run car will be quarantined
2. All parts MUST BE Tamiya original parts.
3. Racer can use their own rechargeable batteries
4. Other regulation we will follow TMAC 2025 Stock Class (attached pdf)
5. Other regulations if not yet stated or unclear, will be informed during the race and all decision from the organizer is FINAL.
Other things to note:
1. Please note that all racers should bear their own tickets and accomodation to Jakarta.
2. Winners from the qualifications for position 1-4 from each country, will only be given entry rights. They shall bear their own tickets and accomodations during TMAC 2025 in Taiwan.
Kyosho has used the the Nürnberg Toy Fair in Germany to unveil its return to the offroad racing market with the Ultima RB7.5 1:10 2WD Buggy. Posting a video on the Kyosho Europe Facebook page, Karl Madsen goes through the features of the soon to be released buggy which at the front end includes as standard aluminium front axles, an aluminium front bulk head, a carbon fibre front shock tower, a shock tower protector and front wing. In terms of design a new steering set-up allows for greater ackermann changes and tuning. In the centre of the buggy there are two changes with a move to the now conventional battery tray layout. The rear brace has been redesigned and refined to allow more movement by removing some of the material. At the rear there is a carbon fibre shock tower with half hole adjustments but the biggest change is the move to 13mm big bore shocks. The RB7.5 also gets a new rear hub carrier for great adjustment options. The kit supplied body features revised rear aero design with the final kit expected to being released to market in April. Continuing its release of new option parts for the Xray XB2 2WD Buggy, Willspeed has added this 316 Stainless Steel 0° Front Bulkhead with Adjustable Roll Center (ARC). Machined from 316 Stainless Steel for exceptional strength and additional weight over stock plastic or aluminium options it weighs in at 32.0 grams. Featuring Adjustable Roll Center (ARC) the design utilising supplied carbon fibre shims (1x 1mm 1x 0.5mm). Using 1mm shim replicates standard geometry while these can be removed to fully raise roll centre or use 0.5mm shim for intermediate adjustment. The bulkhead comes with a polished finish with laser etched WS logo, weight and angle marker.
Following on from the release of its ET48 2.2 electric truggy back in November, US offroad kit manufacturer Tekno RC has announced the release of its nitro sibling the NT48 2.2. The latest evolution of their successful 1:8 competition nitro truggy, the NT48 2.2 has proven its capabilities by securing back-to-back ROAR National Championships in the hands of Ryan Maifield. This fourth iteration of the NT48 platform, first launched in 2014, the truggy now features full 2.2 chassis specifications, including updated hubs, front spindles, carriers, and Ackermann plates, which provide near-full compatibility with Tekno RC’s EB48 2.2 and NB48 2.2 buggies, as well as their electric truggy. The NT48 2.2 comes equipped with numerous high-quality components with previously optional lightened 7075 CNC machined shock towers are now standard, reducing weight while maintaining strength.
Taiwanese engine manufacturer Alpha has announced the upcoming release of its Falcon B-Spec .21 Offroad Engine. Best known for powering the campaign of US Kyosho driver Ryan Lutz, the original Alpha Falcon engine was launched 12-months ago. While Lutz has consistently used it to claim podium finishes and Team Associated’s Neil Cragg took it to third overall in the British National Championship, behind the scenes Alpha engineers have been working to further elevate the engine performance, the result of which is the B-Spec Falcon. With this new version, Alpha claim enhanced power and improved fuel efficiency while maintaining the same quality and linear feel as before. To distinguish the B-Spec it gets a fresh, sharp head logo. The planned release for the B-Spec is set for Q1 2025.
